Yes. All reservations must be completed through the guest portal link sent with your booking confirmation.
You’ll be asked to:

To secure your booking, a refundable £200 security deposit or a £20 per night damage waiver (maximum £60) is required before arrival.
You’ll be able to choose your preferred option through the link sent with your booking confirmation.
A £200 security deposit is a fully refundable amount held before your arrival. It remains pending during your stay and is released within 5 days of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition.
A damage waiver is a non-refundable fee of £20 per night (maximum £60). Instead of having a deposit held on your card, you simply pay the waiver fee before arrival.
