When a minor problem arose she replied very quickly to my text and gave clear instructions which enabled me to fix the issue without difficulty. She left a lovely welcome note with a few treats which we enjoyed.
We had a fabulous weekend at the apartment and I would highly recommend staying here. We will most certainly return!

That said, the stay began stressfully. The washing machine wasn’t working from day one, and leftover detergent in the tray suggested the issue was known. When I raised it, I was offered a full refund if I checked out the next day. That offer came when we had already moved in with four large trolleys and several heavy boxes — not a practical option with a baby.

There was no hot water for over 15 hours as the boiler switch was off for some days before we moved in. These problems could’ve been avoided with basic checks especially considering the price and the fact that no discount was offered despite booking for nearly three weeks. Marta eventually resolved the issues and stayed in touch but some more attention to detail before guests arrive would make a big difference!
