It has all the amenities required and kitchen is also well stocked. Marta was very responsive and helpful for any needs. Having a free secure parking spot was useful being located in the center of the city.

  Stayed here for a couple of weeks while relocating to Sheffield. The flat matched the photos and is in a great location. Marta was responsive and refunded a night due... read more to hot water issues, which we appreciated.

That said, the stay began stressfully. The washing machine wasn’t working from day one, and leftover detergent in the tray suggested the issue was known. When I raised it, I was offered a full refund if I checked out the next day. That offer came when we had already moved in with four large trolleys and several heavy boxes — not a practical option with a baby.

There was no hot water for over 15 hours as the boiler switch was off for some days before we moved in. These problems could’ve been avoided with basic checks especially considering the price and the fact that no discount was offered despite booking for nearly three weeks. Marta eventually resolved the issues and stayed in touch but some more attention to detail before guests arrive would make a big difference!

It was very good communication with the host and she made the whole process very enjoyable. Marta made sure we are going to have comfortable stay and left some treats for us as well as a cot for our baby even we did not request one. We have been to Sheffield few times before and it was the best apartment we have been staying at so far.
